hhmmm…. so does the mean it would be in the dems favor to have a poor economy, and create a class of americans ever dependent on the next cheque in the mail?

Yes. When people are out of work they demand the government to give them for free the things (food, healthcare, housing, even a job) that they once worked hard to earn.
For sure, the democratic party mantra…screw up the economy so you can show how compassionate they are..lol They screwed up health care with a mile of regulations and laws, now of course they have the solution…more government regs, rules, laws, to fix it. It’s the old soviet union all over again, one step backwards and two steps forward .
Yes, unemployment insurance, medical insurance. and other services.
I also hope the government starts looking at temp agencies and employers who hires illegal imigrants when there are viable employees in thier local areas.
If there is not they might have to be willing to pay a competitive wages to employees so poeple may actually consider relocating to thier area.

It is our capitalist rulers who are holding the jobless rate in their hands, because it is not profitable right now to employ a full workforce. So they have chosen profits over people once again. Do not attempt to defame communism to defend the faults of capitalism.

Absolutely, which is why I question why the President, Mr. Obama, who said he would create or save millions of jobs if the TARP and ARRP bills were passed, hasn’t said one word lately about jobs except that the Health Care Bill (another crisis according to him) will create jobs. So far all I can see is government jobs being created and I’ve never figured out how the hell you can count which jobs, if any, have been saved. But what the hell, to quote my blind friends on the other side, at least he’s doing something. I personally, would prefer that he do nothing. When he does nothing things seem to get better.
