What questions should I ask a startup company before they make a job offer?
Question by localhooligans: What questions should I ask a startup company before they make a job offer?
I’m talking to a startup company about a job offer. I have ten years of sales experience and they have a great concept, but so far they only have six employees, including the founders. What questions should I ask them to make a good decision about joining? Is it Ok to ask about their financing? I worked for two startups during the boom. Both were very well funded, but went bust anyway. Thanks!

You saw what went wrong before, so you should have an idea of what is important.
Ask them anything you want to know. The worst that happens is that they say they don’t want to disclose that.
