What is the likelihood of a job offer at this point?
Question by Zombie88: What is the likelihood of a job offer at this point?
A company paid to fly me in to Nashville for a final interview which included two future teammates and the hiring manager’s boss. I believe the interview went well, but was given scant details about the rest of the process. The Director told me that he would “see me real soon” at the end, and the hiring manager responded to my thank you email and said I could ask him questions at anytime and he would be “in touch.”
The final interview was this last Monday. Judging by these signs and my overall impressions, do you think I may get a job offer and how long would it take?
I would have asked about the process, but the interview ran all the way until the end, and it was obvious the Director of the department had other appointments he was eager to get to.

I would say it’s looking good for you. Here’s a little trick that I had heard of and tried out. And, it works too! Keep in touch with them, call them or email them asking if they filled the position yet. Show them that you are very interested in it and that you would strive to do your best for them too. Contact them a few times a week. I did this and it worked out well for me. Good luck!
