I am receiving Unemployment Insurance from the state of Minnesota and my “benefit year” has just ended. There is still over $ 2,000 in my account but I am unable to access it. What if any is the eligibility for future benefits after the end of the “benefit year”?

None. There is no eligibility for futher benefits from that claim. However, if you have worked during your benefit year, then you may be able to file a new claim and start a new benefit year.
