If you cant get a job in 26 weeks youre not trying. I dont give a @!$ % where you live, youre not looking hard enough. My town has 11 percent unemployment and ive gained and lost 3 [temp]jobs in the past year, never being unemployed for more than three weeks because i spend 10 plus hrs a day applying. Il pick up the phone book and spend 8 hrs calling every cpmpany in there. Il walk in to every business in town and use evry resource known to man. So get off your lazy butt and stop sucking the system dry you slacker.

    According to the current legislation:
In October you will be eligible for Tier I benefits. They will last for 20 weeks. That will bring you to March or April 2011. You will not be eligible for further benefits because you will not be able to apply for new Tiers after November 30, 1010.

However it is possible that when November 2010 rolls around, the unemployment rate will still be very high and Congress will once again allow for extensions to be filed after that date. No promises but unless something happens to make this nightmare improve, it’s possible.
