With President Obama visiting troops in Afghanistan, Vice President Biden says Congress must extend both the middle class tax cuts and unemployment insurance for the sake of those families and the broader economy.

@dalecampbl8 I always vote straight democratic also, friend me and I will send you a lot of information that shows why and proves how much better democratic policies have always been for this country. All we can do is try to forward and spread information that is honest, accurate, and truthful to as many people as we can that is open to knowing the truth and pray that more people will wake-up and stop cutting their own throats.
@barsense yeah, but what can do we about it? if we aren’t smart enough to figure it out by now, we ain’t smart enough yet. I never ever vote GOP, but I have friends who do…i’m talking people who are cops and other public servants in universities, etc. these guys are literally voting for a party that will cut their funding, right? I just don’t get it. I have a couple of religious friends who are diehard GOP, like GOP represents less sin or something. go figure.
@dalecampbl8 Unfortunately too many people are fooled by the false promises and smear and fear propoganda financed and pushed by the very same mega corporations thru their bought and paid for leaders on the right, what we have is the huge income disparity almost identical to what we had before the great depression. GOP keeps winning votes by pushing lies to the people and now it keeps building . we make a little improvement and then they undo it and make it worse..

absolutely!!! case in point…I go to nordstroms and see a leather jacket for say 400 dollars (made in China). My friend who actually went to China can get it for like 40 bucks US.!!! Corporations are out of control and these CEOs should be punished. I do not believe a CEO who is a GENIUS at shipping jobs to third world countries is worth the millions in dollars and/or stock options we pay him. But why do we keep voting GOP? This November saw a rise in GOP in both Chambers of Congress!?!?!
very well said, because small business under the REPUBLICANS have suffered greatly. After all, don’t they say small business does most of the hiring anyways?
@dalecampbl8 And what is even more ironic is many of these mega corps that shut down factories here after they corner the market and open factories in their countries begin importing the products to us that once we made ourselves and charge us higher prices and offer lousy sorry service as well as cheaper quality even though it costs us more.

What is killing us all is gov pandering to the huge cooperative often foreign owned/controlled mega corporations. I do not even think of them as private industry, they buy and control our government and squeeze out true individual private owned businesses. outsource labor, close factories here after they corner market, open plants in their countries,
Repubiccans want the rich to control everything and then have them dish it out to the poor…but why? why does it have to be this way? it doesn’t. the govt’ needs to step in and rectify this mess caused by private businesses…this depression is caused is a big business depression. now they are sitting on 2 trillion and not hiring. give me a break. time for the people to make themselves heard once and for all…remember the Great Depression, remember FDR, remember the 1920s and 30s people!
