Unemployment rate continues to rise. Where are all the jobs Obama promised when he was running for president?

Where are all the jobs Barack Obama promised when he was running for president? Since taking office, the unemployment rate has more than doubled, and yet most of the unemployed still continues to support him.

  • Well Duh!:

Most of the unemployed do not still continue to support him as proven by his falling numbers.

hmmmm, if you call the rate going from 10.2% to 10.0% last month rising, then i think you’re sorrily mistaken

This is what you get for electing an inexperienced person to make decisions. A community organizer is a far cry from being the prez.

You have to remember exactly what Obama said when he made that promise. He intended to create OR SAVE hundreds of thousands if not millions of jobs. Even in his 2009 State of the Union address, he said plans would “save or create 3.5 million jobs”. So all the unemployed need to worry because his first plan is to save jobs and call that economic growth (not like he majored in economics or anything.)

Obama has no clue about job creation. But I have to thank him for convincing me to invest in Asia, which is currently booming again. Way to go, America.

You must be talking about anther country or lying. The unemployment rate has not double since President Obama has taken office and unemployment drop last month. Is that you Beck spreading more of your lie’s or just some feeble minded follower?

  • Myself:

Where are you getting your “facts” from?

Clearly you haven’t read the news have you? The unemployment rate dropped unexpectedly to 10% in november. The number of jobs lost was fully 10% less (11,000) than expected (125,000).

Actually, it was just announced that the unemployment fell slightly and did not rise. It is like managing a wounded person. The first thing is to make sure they are stabilized before you try to procedures to repair the damage. The problems did not happen over night, so why do people want an immediate solution. Very odd in my opinion.
