@L22063 S6556 is simply 14 weeks added to tier l. So ANYONE that has exhausted tier one would get a retroactive check for 14 weeks. ANYONE is tier 1 instead of 20 weeks, they would get 24 weeks. I hope I answered your question.
I don’t understand why people are calling this bill a “13 month extension.” After 99 weeks of unemployment on EUC, I’m sorry to say you’re done. If it was truly an extension it would go beyond 99 weeks like 120 weeks etc. This bill just makes you eligible to go to the next tier of unemployment if you haven’t exhausted all your tiers. I hope I’m wrong, somebody please correct me if I am.

I can’t believe that anyone wouldn’t see the value of what you do, and who you are. On a consistent basis, you’ve produced and shown these videos which requires intellect and stability. These are things that I might see in various people once in a very long while. It is rare, and I commend you for continuing to work through all the pain you’re going through.
TRK,your 100% right.getting a big check for 14 weeks would be great.It would stimulate the economy.Everyone would spend it.However,the bill has to get to the house to have a chance.

@Matteo4Azzurri could that new bill (H.R. 6556:) help everyone get 14 more weeks? it mentions adding 14 weeks to tier 1 and to help the 99ers with 14 weeks.What about the people in the middle in tier 2-4?
