This jobs bill for Vets is only good if you have been on unemployment for 6 months. Basically they are only helping those who have already been getting help not those who REALLY need a job bad.

I am getting out of the Army soon. I can’t find a job. I guess I’ll wind up staying in and deploying a million more times. Ugh, I’m deployed now.

Hey Boner – where are those jobs you fuckers promised? Oh yeah, I forgot – you’re too busy waging war on women and the poor, and trying to throw the country into default at the behest of Tea Qaeda vermin.
There is a negative perception of vets these days. Employers don’t see heros coming out of the military. They see guys with no college or skill set who have been trained to respect only their superior officers. Also, infantry troops tend to have a body count under their belts. Alot of managers are not comfortable hiring someone whose previous expericence involved shooting people. It sucks because soldiers are in fact owed something for the risks they take and the ass they kick.
Much of the reason the US remains in both Iraq and Afghanistan is the government doesn’t want so many unemployed, discharged, combat veterans.

Yea but everyone knows that when the government offers to pay you money, it won’t be much.
I know a veteran who only gets $800 a month. There’s homeless people who can make more than that in a month just begging.
Troops are coming back from overseas and realize their jobs have been sent overseas too. Companies pay foreign workers 50 cents and hour to make products they sell for 50 dollars a pop. That way they’ll make 99% profit, and spend only 1% on production. But they’re too stupid to realize they’ll have less American customers because Americans out of work.
why isn’t the message getting out about tax breaks for companies that hire vets. this is what makes me upset about the obama administration. get the fuking word out about these things.
Americans spew love for their troops every chance they get yet really treat them like SHIT.

I’m not in the military, but it pains me that the people who risk their lives and they’re treated like this. I’ve been under the same shoes as everyone out there looking for jobs, military or not. They deserve opportunities and respect after the stress they endured.
This is where the 700 Billion Dollar “Stimulus Money” should have gone. Barrack makes nice speeches but he hasn’t done Jack to help the veterans out or any one else who is unemployed! How can this be an oversight? This is disgusting!
Here is what we give our vets I volunteer at a food bank = we pass out a half full grocery bag that they can pick up every two weeks. – that is what we give our vets and their families -
CAN THEY FIND JOBS ASK “AMERICAN COMPANIES” THEY ARE TO BUSY OUTSOURCING FUCK AMERICAN CORPORATIONS FUCK YOU And take out all the damn lobbies you fuckers use
