There’s a reason why the politicians are ignoring the need for a tier 5 unemployment extension. It is not televised enough!!! Stop commenting on blogs and posts. Instead, contact the media and ask them why they haven’t been reporting it on TV News Consistently. It’s another Domino about to happen. Just like those with Prime mortgages thought Sub Prime wouldn’t hurt them. Then their values Dropped because of the foreclosures and short sales! WAKE UP AMERICA and know that the l==ong term unemployed with no money to buy things, pay rent, mortgages, etc. will eventually hurt us ALL!

I hope that politicians will pass a Tier 5 extension for the unemployed. Stopping benefits right before the holidays is cruel. So many unemployed people are losing their homes and having their cars repossessed. For others, these benefits are the only reason they have food on the table and can pay some bills. Stop sending billions overseas, start working on turning this economy around, and pass a Tier 5 unemployment extension! People are desperate right now.

Thanks for this video of how bad things really are and people being unemployed. Tier 5 will help ALOT of people. In Oregon where I live the unemployment rate here is 35-55% or more. If you use a walker like me and are challenged the REAL jobless rate is over 300%. MSI laid me off in August of 2009 and 190 good people and the call center left town after 30 years getting cheaper wages in Arkansas. Things here in Oregon are bad and the Worksource Oregon people do not give a damn here about you.
i am so sorry people. it aint going to happen. the rest of the world does not appreciate it but the U.S is a cold place. this would not be the first time that our country has shown an immoral lack of concern for its people to placate the petty and unrealistic concerns of the wealthy elite. i would say its time to stop being quiet humble and hopeful. this is it now or never its time to get out there get off your computer and go apeshit before we get anymore complicit and apathetic

I’m hiring a lawyer because my unemployment insurance co which is the US Government does not want to pay out after i made 35 years worth of payments to them , there was no clause saying when i entered my SS # that i would be cut off after 99 weeks , Believe my lawyer says i do have a case !

these crisis with oil in gulf and iran conflict and north korean conflict is to detract from the real economy problems. I doubt if tier 5 will pass tho. people have already expired benefits and yet no word on tv about it. People need rise up in the streets to get noticed or nothing will be done by politicians.
