Sounds a little suspect to me. I would call the company directly and ask to speak with Human Resources to ensure the offer is indeed from this company. Find the contact information online and don’t use the contact information supplied on the employment offer. Once you confirm the offer is indeed from that company, I would review the offer with someone via telephone and confirm the details. I’d also ask a few questions at this time – I’m sure you can come up with a few. Good luck!

The company looks legit. If you’ve never had an interview with them, you might want to call their HR department and ensure that the offer is real.

The realtor said “rather quickly.” I’d like to know in terms of days/weeks what quickly means. Talking about an actual foreclosure, not short sale.
In addition, do banks ever counter, or is it always just accept or reject?

This can take as little as one week or as long as 6 months to a year. There is no way to know and each bank is different. If you have the patience, in many cases you can get a great deal.

Enclosures feature hidden hinges, flush quarter-turn latches with 3-mm double bit insert, bonding provision on the door, a galvanized internal panel and a light-gray RAL 7035 textured finish.
The medium size single-door offering includes 22 metric sizes with height options from 300 to 1200 mm, widths of 200 to 800 mm and depths from 150 to 400 mm. I had a felony conviction over 10 years ago that I did not lie about on my application. That topic was not even discussed. A few hours after the interview, I received a call with an offer, & I accepted, but I’m still nervous & concerned maybe it was just overlooked & they didn’t notice my answer for that question? Why the need for a background if I already stated the fact?

If it was on your application and they didn’t ask about it, and still made the offer, you’re probably OK.

When considering any job offer you must factor in the benefits, insurance, will the company move your household and put you up while you find a new home, vacation, sick days, etc all of these things figure into the $ $ for the new job, if they will review after 1 year with a raise and are willing to relocate you and family and put you up for 3 to 6 months rent free than these things need to be considered along with the $ $ . Source was a recruiter for over 6 years in Southern CA

I wish to help my father. He is a very talented, experienced man. He is an Electrical Engineer. He lives in Venezuela, but the situation for finding a job there is bad, even for people as experienced as he is. Is there a website, or place that I can find information, post his resume, and look for job opportunities in companies that offer the Employment Visa (H-1)? I tried http://www.monster.com/ , but I would have to contact each and every company ans ask them if they offer the H-1. Is there a site, or place where ALL the companies that offer H-1 across the Country are listed? Please help me, my father is desperate and I worry about him, and my sister, who lives over there, too. I know how the H-1 visa works, and the dependants, etc. What I need to know is how to find who is interested in hirering my father and giving him an H-1 visa.
