If you own a company and it fails can you still collect unemployment compensation? Isn’t it kind of your fault it failed? Does anyone have any evidence on a web site?

Assuming that you’re qualified and there are no barriers to employment- I’ve applied to about seven different positions online in the past two days- but I’m already nervous because I haven’t heard back from anyone. I am especially qualified for a number of these positions. Most are for jobs in the insurance and legal industries.
