Great, I can now be a vulture and profit from someone’s misfortune -someone who is just like me -instead of making the world a better place, and giving support to someone -I can suck out his bone marrow instead! I had Vultures circling my home taking pictures -and I was tempted to throw a brick through their window -We beat the foreclosure -did a short-sale and we will rent our house from the new owner. TAKE THAT!

VVVV How’s this a scam? I’m 22 years old and my brother owns his own company that I work for, and he’s pulling AT LEAST $22k per month in gross.
I’m doing about $6k per month just working for him. It’s people like you that will always be broke. I bet you don’t know ANYTHING about this business and yet still have the nerve to call it a scam…hahaha okay..

all you need is a basic $250k insurance policy.
and just general liability, and also a trailer from the uhaul on cost about $25 per day to rent.

Elaine: There is a little bit more than you stated. What about the insurance requirements? General liability, workmans comp, commercial truck insurance.
