State unemployment rate falls to 11.4 percent, but rises in South Florida
It is the third consecutive decline in the state’s unemployment rate and the lowest since October 2009 Broward County’s unemployment rose from 9.7 percent to 10.1 percent from May to June. Palm Beach County’s rate increased from 11.2 percent to 11.8 percent over the month.
