This big unemployed population should start their campaign of a new economy. Their objective should start from observing what are hold up and what are speculated. They should start volunteering to tasks to keep this expanding population remain legitimate in the system and don’t let individuals isolated from the system. The main thing is to organize with each other and stay engage with the policy makers.
