I think its great issues like these are relegated to individual states as opposed to blanket laws by the federal government. The states are sovereign and they should be able to decide on issues not specifically stated as under jurisdiction by the feds (10th amendment). I dont like marijuana and would vote against this proposition, but at least the voters in their respective state have the option to vote. On the other hand, I resent the acceptance of taxation just to get any prop passed.
MARIJUANA IS A VERY DANGEROUS DRUG. IF YOU SMOKE IT ONCE YOU WILL BE HOOKED, AND WILL SELL YOUR SOUL TO HAVE IT- DAILY. GANGS SMOKE THIS DRUG, LOOSERS, AND THE DEVIL. @hoosiergambler Marijuana has been proven to CURE certain types of cancer 100% of the time.
It cures brain cancer, no questions asked. Look up Dr. Guzman and the work he has done with marijuana and brain cancer. He had a 100% success rate in animal test subjects. Cancer is cancer regardless of the animal.
If he can cure brain cancer in rats, he can cure it in humans. You need to get your facts straight.
If further researched, I’m sure THC will cure all forms of cancer.

@tjd07x Yes they are clean and responsible people. As matter of fact, 3 of my friends even own their own businesses and are doing extremely well for themselves. All responsible people and smoke weed. Anti-weed Propaganda has blinded you. Get facts instead, do some research.
