I don’t understand how these rockets could miss so bad – I mean with 21st century state of the art equipment with laser sighting, GPS, and stuff like that? So how can your rocket miss your target and hit a completly different target?

They know the error range, right? If the error range is 50 meters and there are civilian houses 50 meters away from the target, you don’t use that rocket, right?

I would support the drug testing only if every elected official is also subject to it.
I think the drug testing program is great for U benefits because these states are going broke paying these leeches for months and months.
