At a CBS town hall meeting, President Obama meets a woman who was recently laid off by the federal government and in a high-risk pregnancy. She asks Obama what he would do in her situation.

The onus for the environmental destruction seen around the rest of the world has been forcibly diverted upon the United States by ignorant emotionally stunted hippies and Communists whose only desire is to bring the United States to its knees economically for what is basically a contrived economic disaster. We are the only nation on earth that hasn’t polluted its own environment, in fact our economy has been harmed more by this bullshit than our environment and it needs to stop.
@sweetbilly Not to mention oil now being found in Israel …there’s no threat to our oil supplies. None at all. You can’t quantify something you can’t see. There’s no way to know how much exists without exploration (which Obama Bin laden is cock blocking) because they keep finding new deposits every day. Our environment is almost pristine as well, so there’s no argument against drilling there either.
@MacDaddyssf Oil is not going to run out (another Dumbo-crat lie to sway the votes of the ignorant), we have more oil in Colorado alone (1 trillion barrels, almost the same amount in Canadian oil sands) than all the middle east countries have combined (200 million, estimated in 1976) and that’s just what we’ve found. The middle east is finished, oil in the middle east is a thing of the past. Why do you think they’re building office space like crazy in Dubai?
@sweetbilly If we do start drilling more, what happens when that oil runs out, and you’re back out of a job? What are you going to do then? Blame the President because a nonrenewable resource ran out?
What an unfair question to ask the President. It’s not Obama’s job to fix your hardships. The man is trying to focus on the nation and this woman comes up asking for him to make her life, and only her life, better?
What a pro, not only did he tie her troubles to the larger issue at hand, he maintained face, wasn’t cold, and offered to help her later. The man is amazing. If you don’t agree, think about what you’d do if someone approached you on TV and asked you to solve all their problems.

I feel sorry for the woman I really do, I know what it’s like to be out of work …but her job is a luxury position not a necessity. I’ve been out of work for two years because of Obamanomics (because we can’t drill a few more oil wells, so we can save the little bird’s and fish) which has led to 9 1/2 % unemployment (and I have a college degree in Geo-sciences from a University) I can no longer pay my bills or buy food why in the fuck do my tax dollars go to a zoo I cant afford to go to???

Obama knows that the financial oligarchs operate the switches to the economy.They want the economy to get worse under Obama so people can vote him out of office. This is why the Republican party is not willing to work with him. This is what the GOP strategist hope: Unemployment stays, Obama loses the white vote by 20-25 points, minorities turnout less than they did in 2008. I bet you a million dollars that once a Republican is president unemployment will “mysteriosly” drop.
