wow. That was great. and to respond to some of the comments here, you are right that he as not even the best singpore in this year’s show but never has anyone’s singing touched me the way this guy’s has done. Not Cash, not Lennon, not Dylyn, not Springsteen (and I think those guys are / were great). If he has this song and If Tomorrow Never Comes on an album, I’d buy it in a second.
Who cares if Kevin Skinner isn’t the best singer? It’s not that he has the voice just yet, it’s that he’s able to put so much emotion into his performances. That’s what separated him from the rest of the competition. He was always able to get the feeling into his songs. So, I’m personally glad that he won.

He’s maybe average AT BEST.
This is obviously a set up by the TV station. His voice gets worse and worse yet the judges and audience all love him and applaud accordingly. He’s not even a good guitar player, half of you could play that crap.
I’m just stunned people think this guy can sing, clean out your ears people!
They can make anyone sing in the studio though, computers can put him right in pitch.

Well SAMSKI241, you can suck my left testicle. I’m very glad he was on AGT rather than BGT. Skinner is a great spirit. He’s a diamond in the rough, polish his vocals up a little and there is no doubt in my mind he will be up there with Cash someday.
