In PA, if you are laid off and accept a job offer through another company, can you still collect unemployment?
Question by memahizer: In PA, if you are laid off and accept a job offer through another company, can you still collect unemployment?
My husband was laid off yesterday and we are going to file for unemployment. Where I am confused is that he has a job offer for a company in Arizona, that he hasn’t accepted yet. If he accepts, will we be able to collect unemployment for the time between now and when he starts at that company 2 weeks from now?
