I received a letter form an attorney that I have to pay medical bill of 1200 + I am a student and jobless HELP?

Author: This letter claim to be a COURT ORDER. They will come and take whatever that belongs to me to satisfy the money owed. The problem is I don’t have a Job, just got laid off because of school.
I need help, there is no other way to pay them back. I was wondering
If I could have another settlement, because I have less then two weeks!
