I am Msc. from Delhi University , presently own an educational institute in DELHI. I had applied for Immigration to CANADA in 2006 under skilled category and since then have been trying to get a job offer or AEO. I need suggestion and help of someone to get job offer for Administrative or Managerial post or Teacher’s job. I have 2 years of IT exp in C++ programming.

You just have to be patient. It could take up to 6 years before you here anything from Canadian immigration.

NO – expediting applications is frowned on,. You will have to wait just like everyone else. Currently taking 6 years from India.
BUT if you have a job offer in Canada, I think you can get a temporary work permit and work in Canada while your application is being processed.
You just have to go home to India for the interview if you get called for an interview. If you do not attend the interview then your application will be closed because it is assumed that it has been “abandoned”
