How many years (after the graduation) an Italian university graduate is unemployed until he finds a job?
How many years a university graduate is unemployed, or doing a job not related to his degree, until he find a job? Are you aware of any research on the matter?
I want to know.

I’m sure you just asked this question about france as well…
Sometimes it takes years. Just going my personal experiences and my friends and what they go through.
Peace.
it’s impossible answer to this question, what kind of graduation have you? in italy people who study engineering, physics, mathematics, architecture, chemistry, economy have got more chances to find soon a job after graduation than people who study medicine, philosophy, letters and all humanistic sciences,
the possibilities change also from place to place, in main cities like milan or rome, u have more chances than in little town of southern italy where the rate of unemployment is generally high
it depends what he is graduated in. if he is an engineer or a chemist, no more than 2 years. maybe even less.
if he is graduated in literature, art, mathematics or political science, A LOT.
anywhere between 0 and forever, depending on:
- type of degree: a software engeneer has greater chances than someone who graduated in “Sociology of the groundhog in native-american culture”.
- willingness to travel : job isn’t always next door
- networking and family connections: the son of the prime minister will proably find it easier than the son of some unknow nobody.
- willingness to take a subotimal job
- sheer luck
