I would like to know how much time does a company need from the time it decides to sponsor a job offer until it has to be ready to present the H1B application (1st of April).
Can it be done in a week? In a month? What are the requirements for a successfull application the 1st of April?

What I really want to know is how long should it take the company to APPLY for the H1B, once the job offer is secured. Let’s say I got the job offer by March 15th. Do the company still have time to apply for an H1B for me by April 1st?

How long it takes will depend on whether or not the company has a Labor Certificate from the US Department of Labor in hand or not.
Luck is the requirement. There are far, far more applications for H1B visas than there are available visas.

in a week? no. in a month maybe yes? requirements? a lot of luck! a relative of mine file two years ago but never got her visa but a friend of mine got his the first year he filed. I dont know why but it seems luck is involved. good luck to you.
