How long does a nj unemployment appeal decision take?

I filed for NJ unemployment benefits back in December and was denied because I am in school. I sent an appeal in at the beginning of Jan. I am still waiting to hear a decision. Does anyone know how long this process takes? Also, does anyone know if people really do win appeals with unemployment?
