    BBC News, from last week: “Iran has revealed the existence of a second uranium enrichment plant, the UN nuclear watchdog has confirmed…Iran previously acknowledged it has one enrichment plant at Natanz, which IAEA inspectors are monitoring…Iran is supposed to have stopped all enrichment under threat of sanctions from the UN Security Council…”

    The IEAE inspected the FIRST nuke plant. Arrangements are being made for inspecting this second one, which some claim is still being constructed.
