Can I apply for Unemployment again after my Emergency Unemployment Compensation run out? (PA)?

I was just granted recently 20 more weeks (Tier 1) of EUC. (Emergency Unemployment Compensation)
My Question is, if im still Unemployed after EUC runs out, can I apply for Unemployment again?

Answer by Judy
You might br eligible for additional tiers of extended benefits. Once you use up all the tiers you’re eligible for, you can’t get more unemployment benefits until you qualify again by working a certain length of time – then if you get laid off again, you might qualify.
