Yes but you have to make yourself an employee of the business(giving yourself a paycheck).

Unemployment rules vary somewhat from state to state. The state I live in allows owners of small corps to draw unemployment for 6 or 7 weeks per year. Partners and sole prop. cannot draw benefits. Contact your local unemployment office to find out if you qualify.
