Metro Columbus’ unemployment rate rises to 9.1% in May
State Labor Commissioner Mark Butler said today that the preliminary unadjusted unemployment rate in metro Columbus increased to 9.1 percent in May, up one-tenth of a percentage point from a revised 9.0 percent in April.
